The Epoch Times reports, during a hearing in Washington, members of the select committee investigating the Jan. 6 breach of the US Capitol voted in favor of the four referrals. They unanimously voted to refer insurrection, obstruction of an official proceeding, lying to the federal government, and conspiring to defraud the federal government to the US Department of Justice (DOJ), where prosecutors will ultimately determine whether to act on the recommendations.
