According to the poll, respondents were asked, “Is Joe Biden mentally fit to serve as President of the United States, or do you have doubts about his mental fitness?” 64 percent of independents, 79 percent of Republicans, and 27 percent of Democrats doubt Biden’s mental fitness. 58 percent of respondents said they doubted Biden’s mental abilities.
